Parents as Partners

We believe that, in order for children to receive quality care and early learning opportunities which suit their individual needs, parents and staff need to work together in a close partnership.
The two-way sharing of information is a vital key to outcomes for child development in the early years setting. We welcome parents as partners and these relationships need to be built on trust and understanding.
Information sharing is critical in a successful outcome for your child's development and we do this with you in a number of ways, including: face to face, telephone, online, email, in writing (where appropriate), and stay and play sessions.
